Activities - Mountain Valley Manor

Activities are the life blood of Mountain Valley Manor, providing social, physical, cognitive, and spiritual outlets for our residents. We employ a full-time Activities Director, Activities Assistants, and many volunteers, who together create an environment of compassion, caring and fun. Some of our special activities worth mentioning are:

• Swimming and water aerobics at the local YMCA
• Computer with individualized instruction
• Friday cocktail hour
• Current Events
• Trivia and word games
• Religious services and bible study groups
• A variety of arts and crafts
• Walking club
• Various Musicals and dance programs
• Monthly lunches at local restaurants
• Semi-weekly shopping trips
• Daily exercise class
• Trips to museums, concerts in the park, ice cream runs, etc...
